President Trump

(CNN) President Donald Trump leveled his latest criticism of the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals on Tuesday, slamming a federal judge's decision to temporarily block an executive order that would have changed US asylum policy.

Trump criticized the appeals court after a judge from the Northern District of California -- where cases get appealed to the 9th Circuit -- issued a temporary restraining order blocking the Trump administration from barring migrants who cross into the US illegally from seeking asylum. The appeals court has been at the center of several other lawsuits seeking to block Trump executive orders, resulting in key defeats for the White House.

"The 9th Circuit, we're going to have to look at that," Trump said, before adding that "every case" that goes through that circuit results in "an automatic loss" for his administration. "The 9th Circuit is very unfair."

Trump, in a response later Wednesday, stood by his comments from the previous day that prompted Roberts' statement.

"Sorry Chief Justice John Roberts, but you do indeed have 'Obama judges,' and they have a much different point of view than the people who are charged with the safety of our country. It would be great if the 9th Circuit was indeed an 'independent judiciary,' but if it is why......" Trump tweeted.

Several minutes later, he continued, ".....are so many opposing view (on Border and Safety) cases filed there, and why are a vast number of those cases overturned. Please study the numbers, they are shocking. We need protection and security - these rulings are making our country unsafe! Very dangerous and unwise!"

C.J. Roberts

Chief Justice John Roberts issued a rare rebuke of the President's disparaging remarks about federal judges.

"We do not have Obama judges or Trump judges, Bush judges or Clinton judges," Roberts said in a statement responding to comments Trump made earlier in the week criticizing the US 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. "What we have is an extraordinary group of dedicated judges doing their level best to do equal right to those appearing before them. That independent judiciary is something we should all be thankful for."

Remarks

1. Most judges are running a mockery of the judicial system [Federal and CA state]. A lot of judges are DISHONEST totally or partially and DISHONORABLE.

2. Trump got it right by naming the 9th circuit appellate court as the WORST.

3. Judges like their counterparts (attorneys whose reputation is in the MUD)

4. I call law schools, the schools of crooks because that is what they produce. For example if Richard Nixon did not take law school he would have been a reasonably good president. Likewise his Attorney General Mitchell and V.P. Agenu. If Bill Clinton did not go to law school he would have been moral and if Hillary did not go to law school she would have been not crooked. The list is endless of government officials and private lawyers. Unfortunately judges do not get exposed but I will give you one state judge: George Trammell III.

5. C.J. Roberts got it wrong because most judges have political affiliation and political ideologies which affect their decisions.

Caveat : You probably heard "Attorneys are given license to steal" This is true in a way because attorneys in the U.S. (unlike most other professionals) are about the money (almost worship the dollar) more than they care about each and every client they have. They say that they help their clients. In fact they help themselves to your dollars. They have no loyalty or can they be trusted in any shape or form. Criminal lawyers benefit from crimes so the higher the number of crimes the better for them. Personal injury lawyers want to work few hours (1-6 hours on average) and want to make thousands of dollars most of it from the injured party's portion so the injured party may end up with 1/3 or less or slightly more. Attorneys are creeps with little, if any, moral values. The injured party must get at least 50% of any settlement or judgment. Law schools must start teaching some moral values. Sadly, about 50% (more or less) of legislators are law school graduates. Attorneys number about 1.5 million in the USA, almost double the number of physicians (doctors). Obviously we need more doctors than lawyers. Law school graduates control the Judicial system and about half of the legislators are of them as well and they make laws to benefit themselves and other government employees. Never mind the general public, who have no say. William Shakespeare in Henry VI, Part 2, Act IV, Scene 2 said: "Let's kill all the lawyers" Most Certainly, I am not advocating any killing but that line shows the frustration of Shakespeare with lawyers and WHO DOES NOT.
